"The researchers in Taiwan, followed the children for two years and found that ADHD and hostility were linked to Internet addiction as children focused their energies and escapism to online." That is correlation, not causation. Until they show the figures that isolates all the other important variables (socioeconomic status, whether they were ADHD/violent before the study, the basis for their measuring of violence, ect) this is just another bullshit, unscientific study.
