I actually am an owner of the Swiss Army Knife USB-It's actually quite handy! While waiting for my assignment to load onto my USB yesterday, I was able to clip an annoying quick off my finger (amazingly at the same time!) Inventions just keep getting better and better.
Really good article with a lot of kooky inventions...my two favourite USB's though that weren't mentioned here would have to be these two:

Man replaces finger for USB: http://www.reason.com/blog/show/132197.html

USB incense burner: http://www.infotechnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=5352&s=froogle
